Partizan Creatives produced this short motion-graphics animation to show the many ways in which people with disabilities represent an untapped pool of skills that can enhance virtually any business.

People with disabilities face great barriers in employment beyond physical obstacles with stereotypes and misconceptions hampering their contribution to the world of work. We hope that The Ability Factor can help to dispel some of these myths.
